Because for generations, REALTORS® across St. Charles County have worked to protect the homes, property rights, and financial futures of Missouri families. And these two amendments would erode the safeguards we have spent decades helping to build.
St. Charles REALTORS® is actively opposing two ballot measures on the August 4, 2026, election. Both threaten housing affordability and taxpayer protections Missourians have built over decades.
Our campaigns are called “Protect MOjority Rule” and "Protect MOTaxpayers". Both campaigns are encouraging "NO" votes on these two ballot measures.
