Policy and Bylaws

The Policy Manual, which defines or amplifies the Bylaws of the St.Charles REALTORS®, incorporates policies and directives, as set by the Board of Directors, that have been formally adopted by the Association.

The St. Charles REALTORS® is governed by its Bylaws, which have been approved by its REALTOR® members and is in conformity with the rules and regulations of the National Association of REALTORS®. The Bylaws contain the qualifications for membership in the Association, the governance structure of the Association, and other governance-related issues.
