The mission of the Leadership Academy is to identify St. Charles County REALTORS® who have demonstrated leadership potential, to train them in leadership and teambuilding skills, to increase their awareness of REALTOR® challenges, and to give them the opportunity to network with St. Charles County REALTORS® leaders and members.
