This week, St. Charles REALTORS participated in a fund-raising Haunted Pumpkin Patch for The Grace Period.
The Haunted Pumpkin Patch goes until November 1st at Uprise Transitional Housing : 618 Hemsath Rd St Charles, MO 63303.
The 2026 Membership Dues invoices will be available on your Member Portal the second week of November.
If you wish to pay your Dues in installments, the Association takes partial payments (cash or check only), but the entire amount must be paid by January 31, 2026 to avoid a late fee.

St. Charles REALTORS® held its annual Presidents’ Installation on Thursday, October 23, at Ameristar Casino, with Mike Elam serving as Master of Ceremonies.
During the evening, incoming Association President Mike Swaringim and the Board of Directors were installed, along with the 2026 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Board and its incoming President, Meagan Chadwell.
