Orientation Requirements

Welcome to St. Charles REALTORS®!  We are pleased you have chosen us, and we are here to serve you.

According to our Bylaws, within 90 days of joining St. Charles REALTORS®, all new members must attend these classes:

• New Member Orientation
• Ethics
• Fair Housing (begining 1-1-25)

These classes, which are free of charge to new or returning members, will be a valuable resource as you begin your career in real estate. And you will receive three hours of CE for your Ethics class and three hours of CE for your Fair Housing class. 

By complying with the Bylaws, you will avoid suspension of your services (Supra, MLS, and Online Forms).  Please be sure to schedule and attend these mandatory classes within 90 days of your join date.
