Strategic Plan

In accordance with its bylaws and policies, each year the St. Charles REALTORS® reviews its policies, programs and activities to ensure that the Association is fulfilling its mission and vision, while meeting the ever-changing needs of its membership for support, education, and training.

The 2023-2025 plan is the accumulation of the work of Association Leadership, the Strategic Planning Committee and the Staff. It contains three key areas the Association will focus its efforts. Each area of focus contains goals to further the mission and vision of the Association. The Strategic Plan is designed to serve as a blueprint for the Association as it strives to serve its members in the years ahead.
