Board of Directors
As the governing body of the Association, the Board of Directors works together to promote the best interests of our membership by overseeing and enforcing the goals of the Association.

Bylaws / Policy
A closed committee appointed by the President that reviews the Bylaws and the Policy Manual and makes recommendations, as needed, to the Board of Directors.

Commercial Board of Directors
The Commercial Board of Directors is the governing board of the Association's Commercial Division.

Community Outreach
The Committee is open to all members. Work to enhance public awareness of the REALTOR organization and assist in its mission to enhance the quality of life in St. Charles County by providing opportunities for members to participate in and assist community programs, organizations and activities that benefit the residents of St. Charles County. The Committee will select projects and organize REALTOR participation in coordination with other Association groups and committees as well as community organizations. In addition, the Committee will strive to enhance community outreach and awareness by providing up-to-date real estate information to be disseminated to members and the public through the media, social media, and other sources.

Finance
Finance is a closed committee that reviews monthly interim and end-of-year financial reports to maintain a financially sound operation. Acts as the financial work group for the Board of Directors and supports staff in the annual budget process.

Government Affairs
The Government Affairs Committee is open to participation by all members of the Association.
The mission of the Government Affairs Forum is to monitor local, state and federal regulatory and legislative issues, and inform members on issues affecting the Real Estate business. The Forum will organize membership involvement, by participating in Calls For Action and coordinating fund raising opportunities for RPAC investment.

Grievance
Appointments to this committee are limited. Meets on call to review requests for arbitration and complaints of alleged ethical violations. Limited to REALTORS® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATES® who have had at least three years’ experience in the real estate industry. Training is required.

Leadership Development
Coordinates and plans the Association’s annual St. Charles REALTORS® Leadership Academy program. Open to Members who have graduated from local, and/or national Leadership Academies, to exclude current local class members.

Public Relations & Events
Engages Members in the work and activities of the Association and promotes the REALTOR® brand in the community. Assists with social media content creation and promotion and assists in the planning, marketing, and logistics of Association events.

Professional Development
To provide and coordinate training curriculum and courses that cultivate professional development, use of technology, cultural and diversity awareness, the Code of Ethics, and inform members on important subjects of interest and to promote diversity within our profession, to advocate for fair and equal access to residential and commercial real estate for all, and to inform and educate our membership and communities about the value of diversity and our responsibilities in the Real Estate Industry.

Professional Standards
Appointments to this committee are limited. Meets on call for ethics and arbitration hearings. Limited to REALTORS® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATES® who have served a minimum of two years on the Grievance Committee. Training is required.

Political Action Committee
Plans and implements fundraising activities as needed to reach the Association's RPAC goal.

YPN Advisory Board
Mission statement: The Young Professionals Network (YPN) helps young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in four core areas;
(a) Attend REALTOR® conferences and pursue leadership roles within the local, state and national associations.
(b) Take an active role in policy discussions and advocacy issues and be informed about the latest industry news and trends.
(c) Network and learn from one another by attending events, participating in online communication and seeking out mentoring opportunities.
(d) Become exceptional members of their community by setting a high level of REALTOR® professionalism and volunteering for causes they feel passionate about.
