Showing Property In Illinois

Have you ever considered showing property in Illinois? Some members have asked about it.
As a Missouri-licensed real estate agent:
- You are are not legally permitted to show property in Illinois without an Illinois real estate license.
- Agents must comply with Illinois licensing requirements and any applicable reciprocity rules before conducting showings in Illinois.
- The presence of a Supra lockbox (in Illinois) does not automatically grant permission to show or access a property.
