Showing Property In Illinois

Have you ever considered showing property in Illinois? Some members have asked about it.

As a Missouri-licensed real estate agent:

  1. You are are not legally permitted to show property in Illinois without an Illinois real estate license.
  2. Agents must comply with Illinois licensing requirements and any applicable reciprocity rules before conducting showings in Illinois.
  3. The presence of a Supra lockbox (in Illinois) does not automatically grant permission to show or access a property.
