Using the REALTOR® Trademark
As a REALTOR® member of the Association, NAR grants you a limited license to use the REALTOR® Marks to indicate membership in NAR subject to NAR’s Trademark Rules.
Keep the following in mind when using the REALTOR® Marks:
That’s Who We R for 2022!
That’s Who We R, NAR’s national advertising campaign, helps consumers understand that REALTORS® are real estate experts in their local communities who go above and beyond based on their expertise and under the guidance of NAR’s Code of Ethics. The 2022 That’s Who We R campaign works as hard you do to demonstrate the REALTOR® difference.

2022 STATE Forms and Revisions
Throughout the year, Missouri REALTORS® carefully monitor changes in the law (both case law and legislation) at the State and Federal level. We also solicit and consider feedback from members, local boards and other Associations of REALTORS® across the country. Our forms committees constantly review our library of forms with legal counsel and revise them as necessary (or create new forms). This process ensures that Missouri REALTORS® standard forms are legally compliant and relevant to current market conditions and practices.
Election Results Are In!
REALTOR® Safety—It’s a Must!
The goal of NAR’s REALTOR® Safety Program is to reduce the number of safety incidents that occur in the industry, so every REALTOR® comes home safely to his or her family every night. We will accomplish this goal together by improving the Safety Culture in the industry.
Have You Satisfied Your Ethics Requirement?
The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) requires all REALTOR and Appraiser members to complete Ethics training every three years.
The current three-year cycle ends on December 31, 2021.
Most members took an Ethics class to renew their Missouri real estate license last year. If you took that Ethics class outside the Association, we may not have a copy of your completion.
