According to the Bylaws of the St. Charles REALTORS®, all new members must attend two Orientation classes (Session A/New Member Orientation & Session B/Code of Ethics) within 90 days of joining the Association.
Summer is finally here! The pools are open, school is out and REALTORS® throughout our region are in the middle of the hottest real estate time of the year.
This rule differs from that originally proposed last year, primarily in that subpart “(B)” now includes the following clarifying language:

The Karen Weidinger Foundation was founded in memory of Karen Weidinger, a member of our St. Charles REALTOR® family who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2004. The Foundation is dedicated to providing compassion and support to those affected by breast cancer.
On March 18, 2022, the Department of Justice published information (click here) on web accessibility and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The DOJ does not provide a regulation setting out detailed standards, but has a new webpage with information about how state and local governments (entities covered by ADA Title II) and businesses open to the public (entities covered by ADA Title III) can use existing standards to make their websites accessible to people with disabilities in line with the ADA’s requirements. In the absence of a formal regulation, businesses will have flexibility in how they comply with the ADA’s general requirements of nondiscrimination and effective communication, but they must comply with the ADA’s requirements.
We have been informed of a couple individuals who pose as buyers, waive inspections, and try to get early closings, but then do not provide funds or fulfill the sale. Please be wary if you come in contact with: Darlene Kauffman or Margaret Catherine Kelch.
