That is worth protecting.
Here is what Amendments 4 and 5 mean for St. Charles County:
▸ Fewer citizen protections when property rights are challenged.
▸ New paths to expanded taxes on the services families already use every day.
▸ A higher bar for Missourians to speak up on the issues that hit closest to home.
You know what most Missourians don't realize?
The people you see at open houses on Sunday. The ones handing over keys to your kids' first apartment. The ones sitting across the closing table when you buy your forever home.
They are your neighbors.
They coach little league. They serve at your church. They sit on the school board. They shop at the same grocery store you do.
St. Charles REALTORS® is actively opposing two ballot measures on the August 4, 2026, election. Both threaten housing affordability and taxpayer protections Missourians have built over decades.
Our campaigns--“Protect MOjority Rule” and "Protect MOTaxpayers"--both encourage a "NO" vote.
We have large and smaller yard signs available for Members' use. Drop by the Association office to grab some!
The St. Charles REALTORS oppose Amendments 4 and 5 on Missouri's August 4 ballot. Why? Because for generations, REALTORS® across St. Charles County have worked to protect the homes, property rights, and financial futures of Missouri families. And these two amendments would erode the safeguards we have spent decades helping to build.
St. Charles REALTORS® is actively opposing two ballot measures on the August 4, 2026, election. Both threaten housing affordability and taxpayer protections Missourians have built over decades.
Our campaigns are called “Protect MOjority Rule” and "Protect MOTaxpayers". Both campaigns are encouraging "NO" votes on these two ballot measures.
