The 2024 Missouri legislative session concluded on Friday, May 17, with the final gavel in the House falling more than three hours before the 6pm constitutional deadline to end business. To learn more about the 2024 legislation session, visit the latest Missouri REALTOR® Party Capitol Update.

- Eviction Moratorium Passes On Two Bills
- Land Banks Finally Gain Legislative Approval
The Missouri REALTORS (MR) Risk Management Mission Committee recently met and approved the mid-year forms revisions from the Residential and Commercial Forms Committees going into effect July 29, 2024.
As expected, there were several revisions to the MR brokerage services agreements and the residential sale contract, and they approved a few new forms.

Update 24.6.1 - Renaming "Withheld" Status to "Office Exclusive"
On June 18th, "Withheld" status will be renamed to "Office Exclusive" to clarify the purpose and use of this status.
