Forms Changes Effective July 1, 2022
St. Charles Members:
The following forms have been changed effective July 1, 2022:
- #2047 Listing Contract
- #2043 Special Sale Contract
- #2090 Residential Sale Contract
An overview of changes made to each form:
- #2047 Listing Contract – Language was inserted to comply with required disclosure under MREC Rule 20 CSR 2250-8.080 (2) Franchises; Trade Names; Insignia.
- #2043 Special Sale Contract and #2090 Residential Sales Contract – Language was adjusted on the top header to clarify those who have the authority to use St. Louis REALTORS® Contracts and Forms.
