Want To Make Payments on Your 2023 Annual Membership Dues?

Your Association offers a Pre-Payment Dues Option!

The 2023 Membership Dues invoices will be available early November.  Many Members have requested additional time to pay their annual Membership Dues since year-end is often an expensive time with the holidays, property tax bills, etc.

Members may make pre-payments toward their upcoming 2023 annual membership Dues invoice throughout the year, or even ask their broker to send in a check from their commission payout.  These pre-payments must be via check or cash; we cannot accept credit card for pre-payments.

How? Simply mail in your check with a notation that it is for pre-payment toward your 2023 Dues bill (or bring in cash or check).  Once we apply your pre-payment to your account, those funds will sit in your Unapplied Payments account until we apply them to your 2023 Dues invoice during the Dues cycle.

We have several Members who take advantage of this Pre-Payment Program.

A couple things to remember:

• Dues are due by January 1 each year and the entire Dues invoice must be paid in full by January 31 to avoid a late fee/suspension.
• Membership Dues are non-refundable.
