BROKERS: How to Remove an Agent from Your Roster in MoPro (MREC)

If you are the designated broker for your firm, you will automatically sync with your MOPRO office account. You will need to switch from your individual account to your business account (on the top right-hand side of the screen).

How do I toggle between accounts?

1. Log in to the MOPRO portal.
2. Click on the "Switch Accounts" dropdown located at the top right corner next to the User Icon.

Note: Individual Accounts hold an Individual License, whereas Business Accounts hold a Business License.

Under the Business Account

1. Click on the "Eye" icon
2. Click on "License Actions" – Amend
3. Find agent by license number
4. Select "Remove Licensee" from entity’s affiliation
