St. Charles REALTORS® Celebrate New Leaders and Award Winners

St. Charles REALTORS® held its annual Presidents’ Installation on Thursday, October 23, at Ameristar Casino, with Mike Elam serving as Master of Ceremonies.

During the evening, incoming Association President Mike Swaringim and the Board of Directors were installed, along with the 2026 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Board and its incoming President, Meagan Chadwell.

The Association also recognized exceptional members and staff with the annual awards:

  • Affiliate of the Year: William Frost

  • Salesperson of the Year: Justin Radle

  • Broker of the Year: Matthew Becker

  • CEO Award: Keith Walker

The celebration included the 2025 Leadership Academy graduation and a tribute to 2025 Association President Sarah Bell for her service.
