It's hard to believe but November 5, the day of the General Election, is just 44 days away! Missouri absentee voting with an excuse opens on September 24. Now is the time to make your plan to vote.
The 2025 Membership Dues invoices will be available early November. Many Members have requested additional time to pay their annual Membership Dues since year-end is often an expensive time with the holidays, property tax bills, etc.
The contract packet released on September 6, 2024, originally set to take effect on October 1, 2024, has experienced some additional edits.
Upon releasing this packet, additional necessary technical changes had to be made. We are sorry for any inconvenience or confusion created by these additional changes but felt it better to address these issues before these contracts were released.

Joe expressed the Foundation's appreciation of the donations which support the Foundation’s mission to preserve and sustain housing in the St. Charles County region.
