After many months of analysis and deliberation across the industry—including MLS leadership; Association Executives; brokerages of all sizes; agents; multi-cultural partners; and fair housing, policy, technology, and legal experts—NAR has adopted a new MLS policy, Multiple Listing Options for Sellers, which exists in conjunction with the Clear Cooperation Policy and other MLS policies to provide sellers and their agents more options and choice when marketing a property, while also supporting fair housing by providing buyers and their agents with equal access to important MLS property information.
Form #2091, Seller’s Disclosure Statement, has recently undergone minor housekeeping updates, including the highly requested addition of question numbers. You may have briefly seen an updated version of the form go live within the last week. During this time, an error resulted in the unintended removal of the initial lines from the footer on pages 1–6. This issue has now been corrected. As of this morning, March 25, the revised form has been sent to all online forms vendors. Please allow them a few days to update their respective libraries.

The St. Charles Realtors® is committed to strengthening the community by supporting organizations that provide critical resources to those in need. Recently, the association awarded $2,500 grants to both the Community Council of St. Charles County and the Delta Center, helping to address housing instability and accessibility challenges.
