St. Charles REALTORS® held its annual Presidents’ Installation on Thursday, October 23, at Ameristar Casino, with Mike Elam serving as Master of Ceremonies.
During the evening, incoming Association President Mike Swaringim and the Board of Directors were installed, along with the 2026 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Board and its incoming President, Meagan Chadwell.

President Sarah Bell presents Amy Armour with a $5,000 grant from the St. Charles REALTORS Housing Foundation. Amy is with Sts. Joachim & Ann which provides professional assistance, ongoing personalized support, and a realistic plan for those facing homelessness and hunger.
