The Commercial Division celebrated its affiliate members at the October 31st Commercial Networking Luncheon at The Corner Pub & Grill in O'Fallon. Commercial Board President Judy Bateman gave affililate members in attendance certificates to recognize their contributions as valued members of the Commercial Division.
Members’ Generosity Was Shown at the Golf Tournament for Youth In Need
Thanks to the generosity of our Members at the October 28 Golf Tournament, we raised a total of $1,085 for Youth In Need!
The 2024 St. Charles REALTORS Golf Tournament was a success! We could not have asked for a better day for great golf, networking, food and fun!

In October, the St. Charles REALTORS® Housing Foundation had a chance to shine and help others! In the earlier part of the month, the Foundation made a $5,000 donation to NAR's REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF). The RRF provides housing-related assistance to disaster-impacted communities through the generosity of REALTORS®, state and local associations and industry partners.

The St. Charles REALTORS Commercial Division awarded Keith Pott with Envision Realty its 2024 CCIM Scholarship! The scholarship will be used to attend The CCIM Institute's CI 101 course in St. Louis. The CI 101 course is the first step in receiving a CCIM Designation for professionals in commercial real estate.
Congratulations to Jason Jaboor for winning the YPN Leadership Academy Scholarship. YPN Chair Chad Elledge and Vice Chair Jason Pence-Murphy presented Jacob with his scholarship at the Association yesterday afternoon.
