St. Charles REALTORS® Donates $3,000 to Support Transitional Housing Program for St. Charles County Residents

St. Charles, MO – Today, August 20, 2025 St. Charles REALTORS® proudly presented a $3,000 donation to The Grace Period, a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to providing long-term transitional housing and support services for displaced residents of St. Charles County.

Founded in 2019 by Sara Chandler, a St. Charles County resident, and Amie Littrell, Next Steps Pastor of Sunrise Family Methodist Church, The Grace Period serves both families and single adults experiencing homelessness. The organization offers residents a home that is initially rent-free, provided with utilities and furnished for up to four 90-day periods, while requiring active participation in a comprehensive program that equips them for long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
