On August 23, 2023, a REALTOR® went to a condo in St. Peters and met with the owner, Adam Nadzinski, to list it. The owner tried to kidnap her and tried to hold her against her will with a gun.
Thankfully, she was able to escape, and the perpetrator has been charged.

Political Action Committee (PAC) President Matt Becker had high expectations as he planned for this year’s annual Cindy Fox-Griffey RPAC Auction!
He chose a larger venue, more auction items, and a new special item–the “golden ticket” candy bars!
As you may have heard, NAR and four corporate (brokerage) defendants were sued in lawsuits filed in Missouri (plaintiff “Burnett”) and Illinois (plaintiff “Moehrl”) alleging:
NAR and the corporate defendants adamantly disagree, and NAR’s rules are very intentionally pro-consumer and pro-competitive.
While the Moehrl case is in earlier stages, Burnett is scheduled to go to trial in October 2023.
We have been informed by one of our Designated REALTOR members about the following scam that is currently happening in our area and has affected several other members.
Voting is open September 2-11, 2023 via an emailed/texted vote link.
Election results will be announced September 12, 2023 at the Annual Meeting at the end of the Member Picnic. at Blanchette Park.
