Form #2091, Seller’s Disclosure Statement, has recently undergone minor housekeeping updates, including the highly requested addition of question numbers. You may have briefly seen an updated version of the form go live within the last week. During this time, an error resulted in the unintended removal of the initial lines from the footer on pages 1–6. This issue has now been corrected. As of this morning, March 25, the revised form has been sent to all online forms vendors. Please allow them a few days to update their respective libraries.
