Last night the weather was amazing for our inaugural St. Charles REALTORS Movie Night, brought to you by the Inclusive Advisory Council through a NAR Diversity Grant. The main feature was The Banker with Samuel L. Jackson and Anthony Mackie. A movie about two entrepreneurs who devise a masterful business plan to fight for housing integration and parallel access to the American Dream.
Our first group photo in front of our new sign! A very big thank you to the 2025 Leadership Academy for their project which involves the beautification of our classroom entrance.
Please stop by the Association between 4pm and 6pm this evening for the ribbon cutting ceremony for our new entrance. Come see all of the beautiful plants, flowers, furniture and landscaping. And enjoy food and adult beverages.
A very big thank you to Elizabeth Mendenhall for our PSA (Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA) class today. The class was interactive and amazing! We had wonderful weather while eating lunch outside at the Water’s Edge Banquet Center with a great catered meal from Valenti's.
Today was Specialty Group Day at St. Charles REALTORS. A very big thank you to all the great representatives from these specialty groups; Affiliates, St. Charles REALTORS Commercial Division, NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers), Property Management Section, Realtors Land Institute, Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), Young Professionals Network (YPN).
