Congratulations to Our 2025 Commercial Award Winners and Incoming Board

The St. Charles REALTORS Commercial Division held its 2026 Board Installation and Awards last week at Water's Edge Banquet Center in St. Peters. Association CEO Gwen Walters served as the program emcee.

Those honored that evening included 2025 Commercial REALTOR of the Year Will Holman and 2025 Commercial Affiliate of the Year Peggie Ayres. Will Holman was further recognized for his service as the 2025 Commercial Board President.

Current Commercial Board Director Judy Bateman swore in Greg Dyer, the incoming 2026 Commercial Board President, along with the rest of the 2026 Commercial Board.

The event ended with a toast from Platinum Sponsor and Commercial Director William Frost of Evergreen Property Inspectors.
