Commercial Division Kicks Off Education-Focused Networking Luncheons!
The Commercial Division recently launched its series of education-focused networking luncheons to help members stay informed and connected.
In January, the Commercial Division hosted its annual Mayoral Update at Water's Edge Banquet Center. Sponsored by the City of St. Peters, the luncheon provided an opportunity for members to learn about commercial updates from St. Charles City, O'Fallon, St. Peters, Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, Dardenne Prairie, and Cottleville.
Last week, February’s commercial luncheon centered on the use and writing of letters of intent. Joe Schneider, Managing Partner at Schneider Commercial Partners, led the educational session and facilitated a lively discussion on the topic. The event was held at the Association classroom and sponsored by William Frost of Evergreen Property Inspectors.
Looking ahead, March’s luncheon will focus on 1031 Exchanges and will be spearheaded by Greg Schowe, Division Manager with Asset Preservation, Inc.
