Some of you may have heard Bo speak at the Spring Business Conference earlier this year. Bo will analyze the lifecycle of a home sale lawsuit and cover the parties involved, the most common types of claims, important documents to be aware of, and how to navigate tricky situations with clients. Most importantly, Bo will discuss how agents, brokers, and sellers can protect themselves against a dispute.
