As the Member Services Manager, Amber serves is the first point of contact for our Members and visitors and is responsible for all aspects of membership. From maintaining member records to management of the REALTOR® store, Amber is the go-to staff member for all things membership! She handles Supra key issues, membership education records, and portal login issues, as well as the member application process.

She serves as the staff liaison for our Community Outreach Committee, as well as the membership staff at MARIS, Supra, NRDS, and other REALTOR® organizations.

Her background is in the transportation industry where she has over 15 years of customer service experience. She brings with her an emphasis on excellent communication and streamlining of data processes for a smooth, efficient customer experience.
