SUPRA FAQ
What is the Website for Supra?
http://www.supraekey.com
Do I own my key?
No, your key is leased from Supra; and upon leaving the business, you should return your key to avoid paying a fee of $150 plus tax for nonreturned lease equipment.
May I pay cash for my key?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We cannot accept cash or money orders due to the billing system that Supra uses.
Why did I receive two invoices with two separate amounts from Supra?
Supra invoices separately for the annual lease and the insurance for the key. If you have insurance on your key, you should receive a separate bill for $25.00 and a bill for the annual lease fee.
Timed Access: What does timed access mean on the Activekey?
When you get the message "timed access" on your key, it means that you are trying to open a lockbox outside the hours that it is programmed for opening. For example, most lockboxes are programmed to open 7:00am to 11:00pm. If you try to open a box at 6:00am, you will get that error message.
For a new agent, what is the cost of getting a supra key and is it an annual fee?
For a new agent, there is an application fee of approximately $75 and the annual lease amount is $154.56 before tax. However, the lease is prorated on a monthly basis.
